Profile Correction and Removal Policy
InstaInflu aims to provide useful and accurate directory information while respecting creators and account owners.
Request a correction
You may request a correction when an InstaInflu profile contains information that is inaccurate, outdated, attributed to the wrong person, or otherwise misleading.
Email [email protected] with:
- The InstaInflu profile URL.
- The creator's name and social-media username.
- The information that should be corrected.
- The correct information and, where possible, a supporting public source.
- Your relationship to the creator or account.
Request profile removal
A creator or authorized representative may request review of a profile for removal.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject:
Profile Removal Request — [Creator Name or Username]
Include:
- The InstaInflu profile URL.
- The relevant social-media profile.
- Your name and relationship to the account.
- A brief explanation of the request.
- Reasonable evidence showing that you control or represent the account.
Please do not send government identification unless InstaInflu specifically requests it and no less intrusive verification method is reasonably available.
How requests are reviewed
We may consider:
- Whether the requester controls or represents the account.
- Whether the information is accurate and publicly available.
- Whether the profile creates a meaningful privacy, safety, impersonation, or identification concern.
- Whether retention is required or permitted by law.
- Whether correcting or limiting information would adequately address the concern.
Submitting a request does not guarantee removal, but legitimate requests will be reviewed in good faith.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge requests within 10 business days and complete reviews within 45 days. More time may be required when verification or additional investigation is necessary.
Reappearance of removed information
If a profile is removed, we will take reasonable steps to prevent the same profile from being republished automatically. We cannot control information displayed by social-media platforms, search engines, archives, or unrelated third parties.
